Delivery Timeframes
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of shipment for your order to arrive before it is considered lost. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and may vary due to location, customs, or transit delays. If your package has not arrived after 25 days, Please contact the carrier to and us to initiate an inquiry.
Delays & Refunds
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. Refunds are not issued for orders that are still moving within the carrier network.
Carrier Responsibility
Once an order has shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, delivery timelines and handling are managed by the shipping provider. We are not responsible for delays during transit.
Delivered Packages
Once an order is marked as Delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers fully to the recipient. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or store credit for packages confirmed as delivered, regardless of loss, theft, or misdelivery after delivery confirmation. Delivery confirmation provided by the carrier is considered final.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses. Packages returned to sender due to address errors may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend selecting a delivery location where someone is available to receive your package. We are not responsible for packages left unattended by the carrier.
If Your Package Shows “Delivered” but You Didn’t Receive It
Please contact your local carrier directly to file a claim. We also recommend checking with neighbors or building management prior to contacting the carrier. Additionally, you may notify us of the issue, and we will reach out to the carrier from our side.
Please note that claims of non-receipt for packages marked as delivered are taken seriously and investigated accordingly. Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless the carrier confirms delivery failure.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Customs duties are covered by us. In rare cases, local authorities may assess additional fees after your order has shipped. If this occurs, we will reach out as soon as we are notified so you can choose how you’d like to proceed. Any such incidental charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays imposed by customs.
Refused or Returned Shipments
Packages returned to sender due to refusal or incorrect address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
